Purpose of position: 1.Work with SW project team to achieve SW development targets 2.Exchange SW development solution in SW team and report the SW Project leader for project development 3.Write SW technical documents to keep SW development in tracking 4.Software architecture design and optimize, leading system analyze and daily technical issues 5.Following A-SPICE standard to achieve development 6.Collects and shares knowledge of design best practice through intranet updates, readings, and presentations for designers, engineers and managers across the company 7.Participate to the offers, design and validation of the projects 8.Supports the SW project leader in daily technical issues 9.Responsible for the accuracy of the design/improvement work & its timely implementation into production 10.Leading the various products’(Display/Cluster/Body ECU/Cockpit) EOL development, solution selection, architecture design, implementation and their maintenance Key Skills 1.Embedded SW Development 2.High Level SW Design, SW Architecture Design 3.Requirements elicitation and development 4.Development tool chain knowledge (e.g. GIT, JIRA, confluence, Doors) 5.Product Development Standard Processes knowledge (Automotive SPICE, CMMI) 6.Multinational Team working 7.Participate to the offers, design and validation of the projects 8.Platform strategy, uniform Software Development Platform’s thought 9.AUTOSAR architecture, Multi-Core Knowledge 10.EOL testing principle scheme, issues analysist and optimization Qualifications: 1.Bachelor degree, major in electronic or with relevant background 2.At least 5 years embedded SW development experience 3.C language Software design and RTOS knowledge, base experience in Linux/ Android/ QNX SW development 4.Have strong skill in architecture design, middleware and framework development 5.Have strong software design skill and design patterns knowledge 6.Have automotive working background is better 7.Knowledge of A-SPICE or CMMI is plus 8.Good knowledge on HW 9.Synthetic and precise, organized, working on detail 10.Customer orientation, Willing to travel, Able to work under pressure (limited resource and time) 11.Fluent English (oral, reading, listening and writing) is better 12.Good communications skills
